On June 15-30, 2021 the Centre for European Studies of the Yerevan State University in cooperation with the Civil Service Office of Staff of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia organised a series of competence trainings for civil servants. The trainings covered the topics on “Theory of change”(in Public Administration), Public Relation and communication, Policy analysis and monitoring. All trainers are CES lectures and experts – Prof. Ashot Alexanyan, Dr Nvard Melkonyan, Dr Arusyak Aleksanyan and Gayane Buniatyan.In total, 60 civil servats representing different bodies of the Government participated in the 
trainings. The professional trainings were organised within the frames of the “Master’s Programme in Human Rights and Democratisation in the Caucasus” project and constitute important part of non-degree trainings.
