The Centre for European Studies of the Yerevan State University was first university in Armenia which won Jean Monnet Project – “European Integration and the South Caucasus” Jean Monnet Module – back in 2010. The module was part of EU’s Lifelong Learning Programme and it was implemneted by a team of professors with different backgrounds and expertise. The Project was ove in 2013 and as a result two out of three courses are still part of MA in European Studies Curriculum.
In February 2016 the Centre applied for new Jean Monnet Module on “Migration policy challenges in the EU and the South Caucasus” in the frames of Erasmus+ Project. In July, the Centre was notified that the Module proposal was successful and the Module became part of MA in European Studies Curriculum.
